KINDERGROW, is a well known Preschool and Activity Centre in Selaiyur, set up in 2009. So far more than 250 children have got trained in KINDERGROW.

Kindergrow is a Preschool in service to society for the past seven years, with an aim to reach out to children with simple but effective methods. The School acts as a powerful bridge between parents and children thereby interpreting the needs of each other. Kindergrow, educates and trains children to develop all round abilities.

Through continuous research and analysis of the children and their needs, syllabus are drawn and improved upon to train the KINDERGROW children to prepare them for the next school education level.

The infants are not trained in formal school methods and they are not given any formal training. Instead, their development and relation with other children are tuned well by the teachers who mingle with the children as one of them.

A typical day at KINDERGROW starts with singing KINDERGROW rhymes to make the children feel togetherness. In a stimulating atmosphere, infants are taken to the world of music to improve the musical abilities.

Handwork is taught to impart the sense of art in children and improve their mind-physique coordination.

Numbers and colours are taught in a simple and practical manner to impart the arithmetic abilities and apprehending and differentiating the colours.

Sensing abilities are identified in children and enhanced in a practical way by showing flowers, fruits etc..

The infants are taught the virtues of honesty, sharing, friendliness, kindness etc., by short stories and role playing methods which also improve the language skills.

Children are taught to obey traffic rules, show respect for elders and neighbours as exposure to the community and society at large.

As part of the training, children are taken out for a field trip according to the theme to understand practically and explore it. (e.g Visit to Zoo)

Kindergrow celebrates all Festivals, Grand Parents Day, Women's Day, SPORTS Day, Project Day and ANNUAL DAY / GRADUATION DAY.
